Who Is A Good Candidate For This Treatment?

Should I Prepare?

Firstly, make sure your skin is clean. You should not use any creams, perfumes, lotions or makeup before your treatment, while avoiding tanning. Do not wear any jewelry around the area you require treatment on, and if you have excessive hair, then you need to shave it prior to the treatment.

How Long Does It Last And Will It Hurt?

You will undergo treatment on the area selected for around 15-30 minutes. It will feel like tiny pins on your skin, followed by a zap, while your face will feel like it is experiencing sunburn. You may feel some discomfort, but it is not painful.

Is There Downtime?

Yes, for a period of around 24 hours. If you were undergoing laser treatment you would expect recovery and downtime of up to 10 days. After this time period, you can return to putting makeup on, while carrying out your normal skincare routine.
