Membership Terms & COnditions

1. Medical Appropriateness

All services included in Project Glammers memberships are delivered only after evaluation by a licensed medical provider and determination of clinical appropriateness. Providers may postpone, modify, or decline any treatment based on safety considerations, contraindications, regulatory requirements, or medical necessity at their sole discretion.

2. Scope of Services / Not Primary Care

Project Glammers provide aesthetic, regenerative, wellness, recovery, and longevity-support services only.

Membership services are not intended to replace primary care medical services or specialty medical care.

Project Glammers providers:
    •    Do not assume the role of a Primary Care Physician (PCP)
    •    Do not manage chronic medical conditions outside the scope of aesthetic, wellness, or regenerative protocols
    •    Do not replace existing medical specialists

Members are strongly advised to:
    •    Maintain an ongoing relationship with their Primary Care Physician and/or treating specialists
    •    Continue routine preventive care, diagnostic testing, and treatment as recommended by their other healthcare providers
    •    Seek independent medical advice regarding any symptoms, diagnoses, or treatment plans outside the scope of services provided by Project Glammers.

Longevity, wellness, and regenerative services offered through membership programs are intended to be adjunctive in nature and should not be interpreted as substitutes for primary medical care.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Membership services are intended to support aesthetic, regenerative, wellness, longevity, recovery, and pain-relief goals. Individual responses vary based on medical history, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to provider guidance.

Project Glammers makes no guarantee regarding improvements in:
    •    Appearance
    •    Symptoms
    •    Metabolic health
    •    Physical performance
    •    Biologic or epigenetic age
    •    Longevity metrics

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

All membership fees, payments, retail purchases, biologic products, and services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payments are not eligible for credit, rollover, substitution, or proration regardless of usage, satisfaction, relocation, scheduling limitations, contraindications, or changes in personal circumstances.

5. All Rendered Services Are Final

Once a treatment or service has been performed or dispensed by Project Glammers, it is considered fully rendered and final.

No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued.

6. Membership Term, Billing & Renewal

Memberships are structured as 6-month agreements and may be billed monthly or per cycle depending on plan selection.

Memberships automatically renew for an additional 6-month term unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

Early cancellation does not entitle the member to refunds, proration, credits, or partial reimbursement for unused services or remaining term obligations.

7. Remote Memberships & Shipment-Based Services

Certain Project Glammers memberships may include provider-supervised remote protocols and shipment of treatment materials (e.g., patches, peptides, or wellness products).

Shipment cadence (e.g., every 6 weeks) may differ from billing cadence (e.g., monthly). Membership fees cover:
    •    Ongoing provider oversight
    •    Treatment planning
    •    Protocol management
    •    Access to prescribed therapeutic materials

and are not contingent upon shipment timing.

Delays related to weather, carrier interruption, inventory logistics, regulatory review, or safety considerations may result in shipment adjustments without entitlement to refund or credit.

8. Telehealth & State-Specific Care

Services delivered by Project Glammers via telehealth are subject to applicable state licensure laws and regulations.

Membership services and prescriptions may not be transferable between New York and Florida and may require separate provider evaluation or re-enrollment when accessing care across state lines.

Telehealth services are not appropriate for emergencies. Members should seek immediate in-person medical care when necessary.

9. Scheduling & Mobile Access

Memberships are available at Project Glammers brick-and-mortar locations.

Mobile appointments are subject to provider availability, geographic coverage, community or HOA regulations, weather, and operational logistics.

Project Glammers reserves the right to modify or reschedule service dates to maintain safety and quality standards.

Members may reschedule up to four (4) weekly visits without forfeiting benefits.

10. Biologics & Regulatory Notice

Certain services may include biologic or cellular-derived products such as exosomes, growth-factor serums, peptides, or regenerative formulations.

Many such products are not FDA-approved for aesthetic, wellness, or longevity-related indications and may be used in an off-label capacity.

Products are sourced from FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant U.S. manufacturers; however, FDA registration does not constitute FDA approval.

Individual outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.

11. Laboratory Testing & Third-Party Services

Memberships may include recommendations or coordination for laboratory testing or imaging.

Fees for third-party diagnostic services are generally billed separately and are not included in membership costs unless explicitly stated.

12. Patient Participation Requirements

Clinical outcomes depend on patient participation and adherence to treatment protocols, lifestyle modifications, supplementation, follow-up testing, and provider guidance.

Failure to comply with recommended protocols or to disclose relevant medical information may result in modification or discontinuation of services without refund.

13. Contraindications & Disclosure

Members are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history including medications, allergies, pregnancy or IVF status, recent procedures, infections, and changes in health status.

Failure to disclose such information may result in delayed, modified, or discontinued treatment without refund.

14. Retail Product Policies

All skincare, supplements, peptides, patches, and wellness products dispensed by Project Glammers are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once dispensed or shipped.

15. Discounts & Promotions

Membership discounts may not be combined with promotional pricing, packages, referral credits, community rates, or partner/influencer pricing unless expressly stated.

16. Unused Services & Expiration

Membership services must be utilized within the active membership cycle.

Unused services expire at the end of the applicable cycle and do not roll over or convert to credit.

17. Photography & Documentation

Clinical photography may be required for monitoring and documentation purposes.

All images are maintained in accordance with HIPAA privacy regulations unless a separate media release authorization is executed.

18. Provider Discretion

Providers may modify treatment frequency, dosing, protocol selection, or timing based on safety considerations, clinical response, or evolving regulatory guidance.

19. No Chargebacks

By enrolling, the member agrees not to dispute charges or initiate chargebacks for services rendered or membership dues.

Any chargeback initiated in violation of this agreement may result in termination of membership and responsibility for administrative, recovery, collection, and legal fees incurred.
