Returns and Refunds
REFUNDS, CREDITS, AND EXCHANGES
• We’ll issue a full refund to your credit card or mail you a refund check (depending on your method of payment) for the price of any item that you return in proper condition if your return is received no later than 14 days since the day the merchandise was delivered to you. After the 14 days have passed, you can only receive your refund in the form of a store credit.
• We regret that we are unable to refund neither original shipping costs nor the costs of shipping the item back to us for a return or exchange.
• It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account or issue store credit. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
• You can exchange the returned item for the one of equal value (based on its current price). If the desired item is more expensive, you must pay the difference before the new item is sent out.
• Free gifts that are received with the purchase of a certain selection of our products are COMPLIMENTARY and must be returned along with appropriate merchandise. COMPLIMENTARY GIFTS can only be used after you ultimately decide to keep the merchandise. If you return an opened complimentary gift, the total amount of your refund will be adjusted accordingly, based on the regular price value of the gift item.
COMPLIMENTARY GIFTS cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other product.
• If you opened one or more of the full size containers and then decide to return one or more of those products, it can only be accepted for equal price value exchange. Regular price value for all opened full size containers will be deducted from the total amount of your refund if this condition is not met. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All prepurchased packages and gift cards are valid for 3 years.
